TECHNOLOGY
Garment specifically designed to optimize aerodynamic efficiency in high-demand contexts, such as World Tour competitions, where the cyclist adopts an aggressive, performance-oriented position.
The construction has been carried out using bonding processes, a technique that reduces the number of seams, thus minimizing air resistance, decreasing the total weight, and improving comfort by eliminating friction points.
Textured fabrics have been used on the sleeves and back, selected for their ability to disperse airflow and improve aerodynamic behavior in motion. The seamless ergonomic sleeves ensure a precise fit to the shape of the arm, while their extended length further helps to reduce wind resistance.
The fully visible zipper is precisely integrated into the design to maintain functionality without compromising performance.
On the back, three angled pockets with heat-sealed hems are incorporated, which remain stable even under maximum load conditions.
The bibs features a wraparound and minimalist pattern, designed to offer advanced comfort while pedaling. The near-total elimination of seams, combined with the use of a double-knit polyamide fabric, provides exceptional adaptability to the cyclist's anatomy, preventing unwanted movements that could interfere with pedaling efficiency.
The fabric used stands out for its high elasticity and breathability, while its high polyamide content ensures quick drying and a soft, pleasant feel on the skin, even during long rides.
For contact with the saddle, high-performance pads from the Italian specialist Elastic Interface® have been incorporated, a benchmark for long-distance routes. These pads use foams of different densities with elastic memory, offering great recovery capacity. The anatomical central channel promotes blood flow and reduces pressure on sensitive areas, while the fabric with graphene threads helps control moisture and prevent bacterial growth.
The fit on the thighs is achieved with a clean, raw-edge finish, with no need for seams or inner silicone applications. Thanks to the precision of the pattern and the high elasticity of the fabric, a firm and stable hold is guaranteed while pedaling, eliminating any risk of excessive compression, skin marks, or discomfort from friction.
